Project search should not take weeks.

Finding partners is slow

Searching fragmented social media groups and outdated databases drains the time you should spend writing your project.

Organisations start too late

Last-minute scrambling before the deadline leads to rushed proposals and poor partner choices.

Communication is scattered

Emails, WhatsApp and Slack make it impossible to track agreements across multiple partners and countries.

Trust is hard to judge

It is difficult to know whether an organisation is genuinely reliable — or will disappear after the grant is awarded.

Everything you need to build Erasmus+ partnerships in one place.

We bring verified profiles, project listings, applications, secure messaging and partner reviews into a single, trusted environment — from first discovery to the final review.

  • 1

    Verified profiles

Build your organisation profile once and keep it visible to everyone.

  • 2

    Centralised applications

Apply and manage interest without losing track across inboxes.

  • 3

    Reputation system

Reviews from past partners help you work only with reliable organisations.

One connected European network — verified organisations finding each other across countries, fields and Erasmus+ actions.

How It Works

Six steps from sign-up to a submitted application and a reviewed partnership.

Step 1

Create a verified profile

Complete your PIF-style organisation profile once and submit it for admin approval.

Step 2

Publish or browse searches

Post a project-search listing, or browse Erasmus+ opportunities filtered to your fields.

Step 3

Apply and connect

Apply to relevant projects with a short message and connect with eligible organisations.

Step 4

Communicate securely

Secure in-app messaging opens once an application is accepted — no email clutter.

Step 5

Write the application together

When the search is done, a shared workspace opens where the partnership fills in the KA210 or KA220 form side by side, then copies it into the Erasmus+ portal.

Step 6

Review partners

After real collaboration, leave reviews that build trust across the whole network.

Tools Designed for European Projects

Built specifically for the nuances of Erasmus+ collaboration. By humans.

OID & Profile Verification

We manually verify Organisation ID (OID) numbers to ensure every partner is a registered legal entity recognised by the European Commission.

Smart Filters

Filter by the coordinating organisation's country, field (YOU, ADU, VET, etc.), action type and sub-type (KA1/KA2), the role being recruited and the kind of organisation a project needs — and only ever see listings your organisation is eligible to apply to.

In-app Messaging

A safe, organised thread to discuss project details after acceptance. Visible only to the two organisations involved, sent over an encrypted connection and stored on EU infrastructure — never scattered across personal inboxes.

Reviews & Moderation

A transparent rating system shows feedback from previous coordinators, while moderators keep listings high-quality.

Frequently asked questions

What is Erasmus+ partner matching?
Erasmus+ projects require partner organisations from different countries. Our platform helps you find, evaluate, and connect with reliable partners and coordinators — replacing scattered social-media groups and outdated contact lists with verified profiles and structured listings.
Do I need an OID?
An OID (Organisation Identification number) is issued by the European Commission and identifies your organisation in Erasmus+ applications. We ask for it during verification so partners know you are a registered legal entity. You can complete your profile while obtaining your OID, but verification is required before contacting other organisations.
Why does verification matter?
Every organisation completes a PIF-style profile that an administrator reviews before granting full access. This keeps Project Search trustworthy: you only interact with real, approved organisations rather than anonymous accounts.
Can unverified organisations contact others?
No. Browsing is open, but publishing listings, applying to opportunities, and messaging are unlocked only after your organisation is approved. This protects everyone from spam and unreliable contacts.
How do listings work?
Approved organisations publish project-search listings describing the project, action type (KA1/KA2), fields, and the partner profile they need. Others browse and filter these listings, then apply with a short message.
How can I narrow down Project Search?
You can search by keyword and filter by the country the coordinating organisation is based in, the field (youth, VET, schools, higher education, adult education, sport), action type and sub-type (KA1/KA2), the role being recruited (partner or coordinator), and the type of organisation the listing is looking for. Country eligibility is applied for you rather than being a filter: you only ever see listings your organisation is actually allowed to apply to. Every organisation on the platform is already verified, so there is no unverified list to filter out.
