1. The service

THEPS is a partner-matching platform for organisations participating in Erasmus+ projects. It provides verified organisation profiles, partner-search listings, applications, messaging and reviews. By creating an account you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts and organisations

• You must provide accurate information about yourself and your organisation.
• Organisation profiles are reviewed by our team before approval; we may reject or suspend profiles that are inaccurate, misleading or abusive.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

3. Acceptable use

• No false, misleading or fraudulent listings, applications or reviews.
• No harassment, spam or unlawful content in messages or any other platform area.
• No attempts to access data of other organisations beyond what the platform exposes.

We may suspend accounts or content that violate these rules.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed as described on the pricing page. Plan limits apply as documented there. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card details.

5. Content and reviews

You retain ownership of content you post and grant THEPS the licence needed to display it to other platform members. Reviews must reflect genuine collaboration experience; administrators may hide reviews that violate these terms.

6. Liability

THEPS facilitates contact between organisations but is not a party to any partnership or grant agreement formed between them. The platform is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law; our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination and data

You can stop using THEPS at any time and request deletion of your account from the Privacy & Data page. On deletion we erase or anonymise your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in advance. Questions: privacy@theps.eu.
